Q: How do you apply a shrink capsule?
A: This all depends on how many shrink capsules you are applying at a time. Below are a few methods for applying the capsules, they all use the same principal of applying heat, just some are more efficient than others. So if you are producing large batches of your products it may be worth investing in some special equipment.
1 - 50 Capsules
You can place the capsule on top of the bottle, hold it there with a fork and place over a boiling pan the steam will slowly shrink the capsule.
50 - 100 Capsules
You can purchase a heat gun (usually from a hardware store) and apply the heat from approx. 40cm distance.
100 - 500 Capsules
For this amount Sen5es sells a desk top shrinker. Please contact us for more details.
500+ Capsules
For this high quantity a machine called a heat tunnel works well. Again please contact us for details.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Your order will be packed and sent out the next working day (Monday - Friday) and the delivery (for Mainland UK) is next day please see the table below for the estimated delivery dates.

Q: Can Sen5es source other bottles than what is on the website?
A: We can source other bottles yes. But it all depends on what quantity you require and the type of bottle. Send us an email with your requirements and we can see what we can do.
Q: Can I collect my order from your address?
A: Yes you can. Just arrange it with us before coming to collect. We want to make sure your order is in stock and ready and waiting before you arrive.
Q: Can I buy more than what is advertised?
A: Of course. Head over to our Contact Page and get in contact with your requirements.
Q: What courier do you use?
A: We use APC Couriers who have a great proven record with us for delivering our goods. We highly recommend them! When your order is dispatched you should get an email from them with all the tracking information. Smaller orders such as samples and closures will be sent by Royal Mail.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: It's simple really. Click on the link below and enter the tracking information that will have been sent to you by email from our courier. If it's not in your inbox, check your junk folder. If it's not in your junk folder, get in contact with us!
Q: Are you open at weekends?
A: We are only open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Excluding Bank Holidays. Collections can be arranged for outside of normal operating hours by special request. Send us an email to let us know your requirements.
Q: Can you make a bottle or jar for me?
A: Unfortunately not. We do not specialise in this particular service. However still get in touch with us with your requirements and we might know someone who can help.
Q: What are your postage costs?
A: When you add products to your cart on our website it will automatically work out the postage costs for you. It takes in to account the weight of the products and your location. So be sure to add your details to get an accurate price.
Q: My order has arrived and some of it is broken or missing
A: As you can imagine, no matter how well you pack glass there is always a chance it will break. If this does happen, don't worry. Just get in touch with us and let us know what has happened as soon as possible. Don't forget to include your order number, record any damage that has occurred and if possible include photographic evidence.
Q: Where do you ship outside of the UK?
A: We ship worldwide. We use several different couriers to ensure we get the best prices for each country. If you have any questions about shipping to your country please get in touch.
