So grab your glass jar of choice. We've recommend either our 4 x 190ml Round Jars, 2 x 350ml Le Parfait Jars or 2 x 450ml mason mugs for this recipe. And follow along below to create your next tasty treat.
Ingredients
6 strawberries, hulled and halved
2 tbsps strawberry coulis or sauce
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
6 marshmallows, rose flavoured if you can find them
2 fan wafers
Whipped Cream
4 Glacier Cherries
Equipment
Ice cream scoop
Chopping board and knife
Your choice of glass jar
Method
Place a strawberry half at the base of each jar and pour over a little of your strawberry coulis/sauce.
Top with a scoop of ice cream and then add some marshmallows.
Add more ice cream and marshmallows until your jars is almost full to the brim.
To finish add a cream wafer, a squirt of whipped cream and a glacier cherry or 2!
